Homewood Mountain Resort

Our new venue is located on Highway 89, 6 miles South of Tahoe City. Both our Member Parking & General Parking areas are plentiful.

Directions to Homewood Mountain Resort

From Sacramento: East on Interstate 80 approximately 100 miles to Truckee.  Take the "Hwy. 89 Lake Tahoe" exit (it's immediately after the Donner Lake exit), turn right onto Highway 89 and travel 13 miles to Tahoe City.  At Tahoe City, turn right at the " Stoplight Y" onto Highway 28 for another 6 miles to Homewood Mountain Resort on your right.  Watch for parking signs.

From Reno: West on Interstate 80 approximately 35 miles, take the "Hwy. 89 Lake Tahoe" exit, turn left onto Highway 89 (follow the round-about signs) and travel 13 miles to Tahoe City.  At Tahoe City, turn right at the "Stoplight Y" onto Highway 28 for another 6 miles to Homewood Mountain Resort on your right.  Watch for parking signs.

From South Lake Tahoe: follow Highway 28 North along the lake to Homewood Mountain Resort.

Shuttle Rides to Homewood Mountain Resort

From South Shore:Hop on board the FREE Emerald Bay Shuttle, which is extending its traditional route specifically to accommodate Festival-goers that prefer to car pool. The hassle free route picks up passengers at stops along the South and West shores of Lake Tahoe and parking is available at the Eagle Falls trailhead and DL Bliss State Park. The shuttle transports its guests to Homewood Mountain Resort for concerts on July 24, 26, 28, 31 and Aug. 4. After the show has ended, simply meet the shuttle in the Homewood parking lot for a lift back to your car. Beginning at 10 a.m. each day, the Emerald Bay Shuttle service picks up patrons every other hour, continuing on Festival performance nights until 10 p.m.

From North Shore:Jump on board in Tahoe City at Bank of America, 64 Acres, Granlibakken, Tahoe Pines, and West Shore Sports. The shuttle transports its guests to Homewood Mountain Resort for concerts on July 24, 26, 28, 31 and Aug. 4. After the show has ended, simply meet the shuttle in the Homewood parking lot for a lift back to your car. Beginning at 10 a.m. each day, the Emerald Bay Shuttle service picks up patrons every other hour, continuing on Festival performance nights until 10 p.m. Additional shuttles from satellite lots on 7/24 for the Kenny Loggins concert are also being arranged...check back at this website location for further information closer to the concert date.

Tahoe Donner

In Truckee, take Donner Pass Road off Interstate 80 east to Northwoods Boulevard. Up Northwoods to Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center, approximately 2.5 miles on left. Parking available at Recreation Center and along Northwoods-with shuttles to concert area. Evenings are cool with a breeze. Bring warm clothing.

From Sacramento:
East on Interstate 80 approximately 100 miles, take the Donner Pass Road exit (184), and make a slight right onto Coldstream Road. Turn left onto Donner Pass Road. At the light make a left onto Northwoods Blvd. and continue to the Trout Creek Recreation Center at 12790 Northwoods Blvd.

From Reno: West on Interstate 80 approximately 35 miles, take the Donner Pass Road exit (184), and turn right onto Donner Pass Road. At the light make a left onto Northwoods Blvd. and continue to the Trout Creek Recreation Center at 12790 Northwoods Blvd. Continue to Northwoods Blvd. and turn right up Northwoods to the Trout Creek Recreation Center.

West End Beach at Donner Lake

From Truckee: Take Donner Pass Road off Interstate 80 west to the far end of Donner Lake. Entrance and some parking to left on Southshore Drive. Additional parking along neighboring streets and road.

From Sacramento: Take the Donner Lake exit and weave down to the lake. Turn right to West End Beach. Entrance and some parking to left on Southshore Drive. Additional parking along neighboring streets and road.
