Join us as The Lake Tahoe Music Festival 20-Piece Academy Orchestra presents a 5-day concert series. Beautiful music at lake-front and intimate settings on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City and Truckee. Bring your picnic, chair and wine for a wonderful evening of beautiful music.

The Lake Tahoe Music Festival ACADEMY ORCHESTRA, with soloists Chris Kachain, Renowned guitarist for the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra and Minnesota Orchestra, and Laurie Hamilton concertmaster for the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra

The Lake Tahoe Music Festival Academy Orchestra and classical guitarist Chris Kachain perform beautiful music, in this unique setting cradled between the shores of Lake Tahoe and the historical Ehrman Mansion. Bring your picnics, wine, beverages, picnic blanket and low back chairs for a magical evening.

Enjoy the Academy Orchestra conducted by Maestro Timm Rolek and featuring soloists Laurie Hamilton violin and classical guitarist Chris Kachian as they present “Mostly Mozart” at this beautiful setting on the Lake. Bring your picnics, relax and enjoy no host BARBECUE or order off the menu, and no host bar prepared by the fabulous crew at The West Shore Café.

The gardens of the Tahoe Tree Company welcome you, your family and friends to an evening of music. The Lake Tahoe Music Festival Academy Orchestra along with our soloist Chris Kachain, classical guitar, presents “Simply Schubert” for your listening pleasure. As always, bring your lawn chair of blanket, food and beverage to enjoy the evening.

Join the Festival Academy Orchestra under the pines and on the north shores of Lake Tahoe at the beautiful Skylandia Beach and Park. Maestro Timm Rolek and 20 young musicians will present an amazing and intimate evening framing the backdrop of Lake Tahoe. Soloists Laurie Hamilton and Chris Kachian will perform selections that highlight violin, cello and classical guitar. Bring your low chairs, picnics and wine as you join in on this unique experience at Lake Tahoe.
Saturday, August 22 - Schaffers Mill Club

Enjoy the serene setting of Schaffers Mill as the Festival Academy Orchestra and soloist Chris Kachain classical guitar and Laurie Hamilton violin present a special and unique program, Happily Haydn. Don't miss this wonderful setting as we bring our 2015 season to a close. The Concert includes dinner, wine and our academy orchestra and soloists.
